All orders are processed within 3-7 business days

after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States.

3. Shipping Rates

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

If your package is delayed, please:

  3. Contact Everanne Customer Support for assistance

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days.

processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume.

We recommend ordering early to ensure your uniforms arrive before important school dates.
